Lou Reed's Transformer. Perfect Day is the title of the song, and today was just like that, except without the bitter cynicism. We spent the day out at Pier Park. The weather was incredible, the colors on the trees were beautiful, lambs were laying with lions and everyone held hands and sang Kumbaya. The park was full of kids all day long. At one point MC said "Geez! there must be 70 kids here!" whereupon he actually counted them and the total came to 75. The park didn't seem overly crowded though, especially in the deep end. There was a constant session but you could still get your runs in. Everyone is still stoked on the park. Being there is like a gift. Some dumbass has written "Bitch" and "100% Peir Park" with a marker. Please bring a dictionary next time. P-I-E-R is how you spell it. Locals, lean on you friends, that's just uncool. Let's keep it clean. Enjoy the pictures.
