This site is not updated regulalry, so this is all old news. However, there may be new life in the Texas Punk Pioneers book project. Old News: Oh yeah, this web site is new and long overdue. Some time while it wasn't being worked on, Bill moved to Portland Oregon. Bill is getting ready to tour in April 2002 with a show about hobo graffiti, which happens to be a popular subject these days. For more info on the Lucky Bum Film Tour, check out the Peripheral Produce web site.
Also in the works, a project called Anchor Outs. It's a 16mm film instalation about boat squatters. Yes, some of them actually are squatters in abandoned boats, but most are people who live in a boat without paying docking or connection fees, taxes, and the like. Another concurent project is called Rubber Tramp, which is somewhat derogatory hobo slang for someone who lives in their car. This piece is a video installation about a guitar player who basically tours swap meets playing guitar and selling tapes to make a living.
